We provide In Store Credit ONLY for all returns. We offer so many different items we are sure you will find something else that you’ll love! With the item(s) you wish to return: Please make sure items are in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, and free of marks and make-up stains, free of animal hair, free of perfume, cigarette, and deodorant scents. Be sure to try shoes on over a carpet surface; we cannot return shoes with any sign of wear whatsoever. The most common reason for a return is an item not fitting. As a result, we permit seven (7) days from the date of the original delivery confirmation to submit a return request through our contact email, which is email@example.com with the subject Returns. Once your request is approved, your package must be post-marked and sent back within seven days from the approval date a 15% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible to pay for shipping the item back to us. Once we have received your item(s) we will send you an email with your store credit information.
