EXCHANGE POLICY

Please make sure items are in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and make-up stains, free of animal hair, free of perfume, cigarette, and deodorant scents. Be sure to try shoes on over a carpet surface; we cannot exchange shoes with any sign of wear whatsoever. We permit seven (7) days from the date of the original delivery confirmation to submit an exchange for the same item. Send a exchange request through our contact email, with the subject Exchange. Once your request is approved, your package must be post-marked and sent back within seven days from the approval date. You are responsible to pay for shipping the item back to us. We will send your new shipment out within 3-7 days of receipt.
